Material

1. Apple Juice
2. Half a cup of water
3. One-fourth teaspoon powdered ginger
4. One-fourth teaspoon turmeric
5. One Spoon Apple Saddle Vinegar
6. One teaspoon honey

Method of making
Mix ginger and turmeric in a cup of water. Boil the water for 5 to 10 minutes and after it cools, filter the mixture and put it in a cup and then add honey. This drink has anti inflammatory properties. Apple cider vinegar has the ability to inhibit germs and works to increase good bacteria, which makes immunity stronger. Ginger and turmeric have antioxidant, inflammatory and anti-septic properties. Turmeric and ginger work to increase the white blood cells in the body, which work to fight the external germs.

Celery water

Material
1. Half a teaspoon of celery seeds
2. 5 basil leaves
3. Half a teaspoon pepper powder
4. One teaspoon honey

Method of making

Take a pan and mix a glass of water, celery, basil leaves and black pepper powder in it and let it boil for about 5 minutes. Put this mixture in a cup and after cooling, add honey.

1. 6 to 7 basil leaves
2. 5 cloves
3. One teaspoon powdered ginger
4. A cup of Giloy juice
5. 2 teaspoons lemon juice
6. Black Salt

How to make
Take a pan, add a glass of water, basil leaves, cloves and ginger to it. Boil this mixture and keep it in the bottle after it cools down. Put one teaspoon black salt, one teaspoon pre-made mixture in one cup of Giloy, mix black salt and lemon.
