Lenovo has launched its Legion Slim Series Taptops. The series includes four models Lenovo Legion Slim 7i, Legion Slim 7, Legion Slim 5i, and Legion 5. The laptops come with different processors though all come with Windows 11 pre-installed and are equipped with Nvidia GeForce RTX 40-series GPUs. These laptop models feature a recycled aluminum build and are equipped with the Lenovo Legion Coldfront 5.0 thermal system to keep the laptop cool during gaming. The Legion Lenovo Slim 7 and Legion 7i have batteries with up to 99.99Whr, while the Lenovo Legion Slim 5 and Legion Slim 5i have batteries with up to 80Whr.
New laptop price and offers
Lenovo Legion Slim Series price in India starts from Rs.1,61,990 for the base model. The company is giving a discount of up to Rs 3,000 to the customers. Additionally, customers opting for Lenovo’s Custom to Order (CTO) option will be eligible to get 10 percent cashback up to Rs.10,000 on all CTO orders.
Features of the new Lenovo laptop
The Lenovo Legion Slim 7i, Legion Slim 7, Legion Slim 5i, and Legion 5 gaming laptops run on Windows 11 and come with up to 16-inch IPS anti-glare displays with 500 nits peak brightness. The displays on all models are rated to offer 100 percent coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut. The laptops come with full-size Lenovo Legion TrueStrike keyboards along with customization options. Processors up to 13th generation Intel Core i9-13900H or AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS are available in different models. The laptop has up to 32GB of RAM.
Apart from this, the Lenovo Legion Slim series laptops also get 1080p webcam with e-shutter and an SD card reader. For thermal management, all the laptops come with Lenovo’s Legion Coldfront 5.0 system, which the company claims optimizes heat and maintains maximum output with minimum noise. The cooling system works with an artificial intelligence based Lenovo LA AI chip.
The Legion Slim 7i and Legion Slim 7 have batteries with up to 99.99Whr, while the Legion Slim 5i and Legion Slim 5 have batteries with up to 80 Whr. It is said to offer up to 10 hours of battery life and the company’s Super Rapid Charge technology is claimed to charge the battery from 0 to 100 percent in less than 80 minutes. The Lenovo Legion Slim 5 and Legion Slim 5i are portable laptops and measure 19.99mm thick, while the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 and Legion Slim 7i measure 19mm thick.
