NEET UG 2025 Counselling: Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is going to start the NEET UG 2025 counselling process soon. Through this online process, candidates will be able to get admission to the seats of prestigious medical colleges across the country, which will include All India Quota and other special quota seats. As soon as the application process starts, interested candidates will be able to register by visiting the official website of MCC, mcc.nic.in.
For which seats is MCC counselling done?
- Counselling conducted by MCC is for these seats.
- 15% All India Quota MBBS/BDS seats (J&K’s share is dependent on their seat contribution)
- 100% MBBS seats of AIIMS (all)
- 100% MBBS/BDS seats of BHU, AMU and JIPMER (Puducherry/Karaikal)
- 85% State Quota seats of DU/IP Universities (like VMMC, ABVIMS, ESIC Dental)
- 100% BDS seats of Jamia Millia Islamia (including 5% internal quota)
- 15% Inserted Policyholder (IP) Quota seats of ESIC Medical Colleges
How does the counselling process take place?
NEET UG counseling will be completely online, in which the process from registration to seat allocation will be completed on the website itself. After seat allocation, shortlisted candidates will have to go to the respective college and complete the document verification and admission process. Like last year, this time also there are chances of two phases of MCC counseling, followed by stray vacancy round and special stray vacancy round.

- Click on the ‘UG Medical Counseling’ tab on the home page.
- The registration link will appear on the new page – click on it.
- Fill in the requested information and register.
- After registration, log in and fill the application form.

- Upload the required documents.
- Submit the form and download the confirmation page.
- Keep a printout of it for future needs.
