NHAI has completed the drone survey through M/s FP India Project Management Consultancy. Data is being collected based on the 130-meter width of the highway. According to officials, the DPR is almost ready and will be sent to the Ministry soon to expedite the approval process.

There is a proposal to close all major and minor intersections on the Meerut-Muzaffarnagar Highway and construct underpasses. Approximately 20 new underpasses will be constructed. A 1.5-kilometer elevated road will be built in Mansoorpur.
