The Maharashtra Police have released an official certificate regarding the video circulating on the internet. This certificate states that the viral video was created using AI and is a deepfake. This video has no connection to Payal Gaming. The police stated that the viral video was investigated using advanced technology tools.
According to the report, the viral video has been tampered with. Payal Gaming has filed a complaint with the Maharashtra Police Cyber Cell. The police have registered a case and are investigating the matter.

The police have also warned those who created and shared this viral video. According to them, if anyone is found sharing this video, action will be taken against them under Section 67 of the IT Act. This act carries a punishment of up to three years in prison and a fine of up to ₹5 lakh.
