During the hearing, the Supreme Court said that action cannot be taken on article 19 directly. The court also asked the petitioner what he used to do before becoming a lawyer, you have to give your complete information in the PIL.




A lawyer by profession, the lawyer said in the court that he has a law degree and has also practiced. In such a situation, his background is not necessary for filing PIL.

However, the Supreme Court showed strictness on the matter and gave the petitioner two weeks to reveal its background.
