PM Kisan 17th Installment: Financial assistance is provided to farmer families across the country through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) through Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. The amount of financial assistance given so far to farmer families has exceeded Rs 3 lakh crore. More than 11 crore eligible farmers have got the benefit of PM Kisan Yojana. The 16th installment of PM Kisan Yojana has been released. Now the farmers are waiting for the 17th installment. But there may be many farmers whose installments may get stuck?

You get Rs 2000 every 4 months

Through PM Kisan Yojana, financial assistance of ₹ 6000 per year is provided to the farmers so that they can reduce the cost of their farming. This amount is sent to the accounts of farmers through 3 installments and farmers get one installment after every 4 months.

17th installment may get stuck for these farmers

• It is mandatory to get e-KYC done under PM Kisan Scheme. If the farmer does not get e-KYC done, his 17th installment may get stuck. Therefore, you must get it done by 31st March.
• It is necessary for the beneficiary farmers to get the land verification done, the farmers who do not get it done may be deprived of the installment.
• To get the 17th installment of PM Kisan Yojana, it is necessary to link Aadhaar Card with the bank account. If farmers do not get this done, their 17th installment may get stuck.
• If the bank account information given by the farmer is wrong, there is a mistake in the name, gender in the application form or the Aadhaar number given is wrong, then in such a situation also you can be deprived of the benefit of the 17th installment.

You can get e-KYC done at CSC also

Farmers can get both registration and e-KYC done by visiting their nearest Common Service Center (CSC). The staff there will guide you through the process and explain the identity verification process.
