Under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, farmers get Rs 6,000 each. This money is paid to the farmers in installments. 2,000 is remitted to the farmer’s account in each installment. A total of 3 installments are issued in a year. An installment is issued every 4 months.
Keep these things in mind while registering
Registration is very essential to avail PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Many farmers make many mistakes while registering. So his installment gets stuck. For example, bank account number, name, address, phone number should not contain any mistake. The name written in the Aadhaar card should be the same name in the bank account. If there is any kind of spelling mistake in the name, the installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi can get stuck. So be careful when you apply for PM Kisan.
These documents
must have the required bank account number for registration. Government transfers money to farmers through DBT. Along with this, it is also necessary to link the bank account with Aadhaar. Aadhaar card is required for that. Without that you will not be able to avail this scheme. You need to upload your documents on PM Kisan website pmkisan.gov.in. To link Aadhaar you can update it by going to the Farmer’s Corner option and clicking on the Edit Aadhaar Details option.
Ration card required
Ration card is required for registration in PM Kisan Yojana. If you are also a beneficiary of Kisan Yojana, make a ration card immediately. It has become necessary to enter the ration card number on the PM Kisan portal. If you have not yet provided your ration card number at the time of registration, do this immediately. Only soft copy (PDF) of documents have to be uploaded on the portal during registration.
Along with e-KYC,
e-KYC is also required. Earlier hard copies of account statement, aadhaar card, bank passbook and declaration had to be submitted. Now it has been cancelled. Now only the soft copy has to be submitted. This will save the time of the farmers. Along with this, the scheme will also be made transparent with the implementation of the new system.
