IRCTC Special AI Feature: IRCTC has introduced a special AI feature, with the help of which you can easily book AI tickets without any hassle.
Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation IRCTC has started a service to provide a better facility to the passengers. Now you can book train tickets by speaking also. Actually, Indian Railways has launched an AI chatbot named AskDisha 2.0. With its help, you can book and cancel your ticket by speaking also. Apart from this, you can also do many other tasks with the help of this chatbot. Let us tell you about this new service and its use.
What is this new feature?
It is an Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and NLP based virtual assistant chatbot that enables passengers to book train tickets, make cancellations, change boarding stations, inquire about refunds, etc. Provides answers to queries related to checking PNR status, offers and various services provided by IRCTC. With its help, for the first time, an effort is made to make train e-ticket booking much easier. Let us tell you, this will make train ticket booking much faster and easier.
What can you do with this?
Can book train tickets, check PNR status, cancel tickets, get refund, change boarding station, also check booking history, view e-ticket, download ERS , E-ticket can also be printed and shared.
How can you use it?
You can use this chatbot on IRCTC app and website. This facility will be available at both the places. When you open the IRCTC website, you will see an icon on the right side. You can easily book tickets by clicking on it.
Know about this feature also
You can also use this feature to book Tatkal tickets. IRCTC has added a new feature for passengers, which is called Master List Feature. With the help of this feature, the details of the passengers are filled in advance. After this, while booking, you do not take time in filling the passenger details and you can make the payment booking as soon as possible. With its use, the process of instant booking becomes much easier.
Use this feature like this
- For this, first you will have to go to the official website of IRCTC.
- In this, go to My Account and select My Profile option.
- Next, the option of Add/Modify Master List will appear, select it.
- Further enter the information like passenger name, gender, berth etc. and press the submit button.
- After this your master list will be created.
- While booking, go to My Passenger List and click.
- After this, you can easily book Tatkal ticket by making payment.
