Mamta refuses to speak: Let us discuss here that West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee refused to speak at an event organized to celebrate the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose on Saturday when in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
