The teacher had asked officials at the district and divisional level to discuss the matter and find a solution. However, when no solution was found, after making rounds of the government and the directorate, a solicitation program of the directorate was started by the employees.
Now citing the order of the Supreme Court, Additional Chief Secretary of Secondary Education Deepak Kumar has directed the Director of Secondary Education to pay the outstanding salary of 17 months. The Additional Chief Secretary said that payment of outstanding salaries is approved to those ad-hoc teachers whose salaries were affected or stopped as per the order of the Supreme Court dated August 26, 2020. By this stage their services need to be certified and verified.

Instructions were given to complete the process as per rules and pay the outstanding salary within 30 days.
