Union Home Minister Amit Shah attacked Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee and said that the Modi government at the Center is working for ‘public welfare’ while the TMC government is busy in ‘nephew welfare’. In Mamta Banerjee’s reign, the situation in Bengal is worse than the Left regime.

Amit Shah addressed a gathering in West Bengal through video conferencing. He said, CM Mamta has failed to live up to the aspirations of the people of Bengal, hence TMC leaders are joining BJP because Mamta has lost the trust of the people of the state. She will be left alone till the election comes. They should do it for themselves. He said that the tenure of 10 years of Mamata didi was dictatorial.

Amit Shah said, Didi is not allowing the people of Bengal to get the benefit of Ayushman Bharat Yojana, because Modi ji started this scheme. He assures the people of Bengal that after the BJP government comes, we will propose in the first cabinet that this scheme should be implemented in the state. He said, Mamta Didi has sent a paper recently that she has agreed to implement the Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme. He said that Didi only sent the paper. They did not send details of bank accounts with the list of farmers. She is only trying to fool the public.

The Union Home Minister said, the Mamta government has blood-colored the land of Bengal. Didi has allowed the intruders to enter Bengal. Only the BJP government formed under the leadership of Narendra Modi can stop the intruders. Amit Shah said that TMC formed the government after fighting the Left parties 10 years ago, but it has not met the aspirations of the people.

Union Minister Smriti Irani said that more than 50 crore labor days were created for migrant workers returning home under ‘Garib Rojgar Yojana’ across the country, but this was not done in Bengal. Irani said that during the epidemic, Prime Minister Modi arranged to deliver five kilograms of rice and one kilogram of pulses to eight crore people of the country for eight months, but TMC in West Bengal looted it during the lockdown. The workers special trains run by the Center were named Corona Express by Mamta Banerjee. Irani said, she wants to ask him whether she considers Bengal’s sons and daughters as viruses.

Rajiv Banerjee, who recently joined BJP from TMC, said that TMC does not have the right to continue in power. Banerjee claimed that the health partner card and free medical insurance of Rs 5 lakh for every family in the state is just a hoax. It is worth mentioning that earlier Amit Shah had to go to Bengal to attend this rally, but later he was replaced by Smriti Irani. Shah addressed the meeting via video.
