Traffic Advisory issued! Noida-Greater Noida Expressway closed for 5 days, check before traveling

Noida Greater Noida expressway restrictions: If you are traveling from Delhi to Noida and Greater Noida between 21st to 25th September, then pay attention. The Gautam Buddh Nagar traffic police has banned the movement of vehicles during this period for the MotoGP bike race and Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UP ITS) to be held next week.

Noida Greater Noida expressway restrictions: If you are traveling from Delhi to Noida and Greater Noida between 21st to 25th September, then pay attention. The Gautam Buddh Nagar traffic police has banned the movement of vehicles during this period for the MotoGP bike race and Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UP ITS) to be held next week.

Advisory issued

Police issued an advisory on Saturday, banning the entry of goods vehicles, including light, medium and heavy vehicles, from Delhi to Noida from 6 am on September 21 to 11:59 pm on September 25.

Ban till 22-24 September

The restrictions have been imposed in the form of two mega events MotoGP India from 22-24 September and UP International Trade Show from 21-25 September. Which will include about 10,000 foreign delegates, VIPs and other high-profile guests.

International trade show

The Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UP ITS) will be held from September 21 to 25 at the India Expo Center and Mart and is likely to be inaugurated by President Draupadi Murmu.

Know about traffic restrictions in Noida, Greater Noida

As per the restrictions of Noida Police, heavy vehicles will not be allowed on DND Flyway, Kalindi Kunj, New Ashok Nagar, Chilla Road and Jhundpura borders. Restrictions will also be imposed near Pari Chowk. During this period, heavy vehicles can use National Highway 9 (NH-9), NH-24 and NH-91 to travel from Delhi to Noida, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Agra and Lucknow.

Police issued an advisory on Saturday, banning the entry of goods vehicles, including light, medium and heavy vehicles, from Delhi to Noida from 6 am on September 21 to 11:59 pm on September 25.

Section 144 applied

To make commuting easier, the traffic police has advised people to use the metro and has issued helpline numbers (9971009001 and 9355057381) for assistance. Along with this, Noida Police has implemented Section 144 of CrPC till September 25, which prohibits illegal gatherings.
