‘Universal Travel Pass’ online service started for fully vaccinated Mumbaikars, know where and how to apply

Seeing the situation of Corona coming under control, the Maharashtra government had allowed passengers who had taken both doses of Corona in the Mumbai local train to travel.

For this, vaccinated passengers had to register offline. But in view of the crowd gathering in the windows, the government has started the online registration service. Online registration rules

>> Application can be made 14 days after taking the second corona vaccine.

>> After registration, this e-pass can also be saved in the mobile, so that it can be easily shown at the ticket counter or when asked.

>> This e-pass will come in handy every time to get a monthly pass.

>> Applicants who have taken the second dose, who are nearing the completion of 14 days, can register but they will be issued the pass only after the completion of 14 days of the dose.

How to Apply, Learn Process

>> For online verification, the applicant passenger can click on the https://epassmsdma.mahait.org link given by the government and complete the registration process and get the pass.

>> On reaching the website, you will have to click on the option of Travel Pass.

>> Verification will have to be entered on the mobile number.

>> OTP will come through SMS on the given mobile number

>> After entering the OTP, the registration process will start

>> In this the name of the applicant, mobile number, reference number of the beneficiary will come automatically.

>> After this, select the option of ‘Generate Pass’

>> After this, other information including information related to the date of vaccination of the applicant’s registration will also be visible.

>> After this the application has to upload its photo, the photo can either be selected from the mobile gallery or can also take the option of mobile camera.

>> After completing this process an SMS will be received informing that you will get a link within 48 hours

>> On getting the link, click on it and download your e-pass and save it in mobile.




This service is already started for government employees

The government was already providing e-passes to government employees through this portal. Now it has been opened to the general public as well.
