Delhi Weather Update: The weather is going to change once again in Delhi-NCR. According to the Meteorological Department, a fresh western disturbance is likely to affect northwest India from December 29. Meteorologists say that when this western disturbance comes in contact with low level easterly winds, its widespread impact will be visible in the entire north-west India. According to the information shared by the Meteorological Department, at present cyclonic circulation is present over the south-west Arabian Sea. Not only this, an area of cyclonic circulation is located in the lower troposphere level in and around western Bangladesh. A Western Disturbance is present over the hilly areas of the Western Himalayas. Due to this, light to moderate rain or snowfall may be seen in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and Himachal Pradesh during the next 2 days. Light rain and snowfall is also possible in Uttarakhand.

Another western disturbance will affect northwest India from December 29. Because of this the weather will change in North-West India. A slight increase in temperature will be seen immediately. Also, during 30 December to 02 January 2024, rainfall activities can be seen in the areas of North-West and Central India. The effect of this western disturbance will also be visible on Delhi-NCR. Due to this, movement of clouds will be seen in the sky and there will be no decrease in the temperature.

According to the Meteorological Department, movement of clouds will be seen in the sky in Delhi-NCR from December 26 to December 26. The temperature can also be recorded at 7 degree to 8 degree Celsius. IMD says that the wind speed in Delhi NCR can be 4 to 8 kilometers. Not only this, light fog can be seen in the morning in Delhi from Monday to Friday. A warning has been issued for dense to very dense fog in isolated parts of Punjab, Haryana and East Uttar Pradesh during 25-27 December, while in Rajasthan and North Madhya Pradesh during the morning hours of 25 December.
