Xiaomi launches its most-expensive smart TV in India, Mi QLED TV with 75-inch screen and Android 10

Expanding its range of Mi smart TVs, Xiaomi has launched its most expensive smart TV in India called the Mi QLED TV 75. The TV comes with a 75-inch display and boasts of features like a 30watt six-speaker audio system and 120Hz refresh rate.


Price and availability

Mi QLED TV 75 is priced at Rs 1,19,999 and will be available on Mi.com, Mi Home and Flipkart. The smart TV can be purchased from April 27 at 12 noon.

Introductory offers include a cashback offer of up to Rs 7,500 with HDFC debit and credit cards and a no-cost EMI option for up to 12 months.

Specs

The smart TV has a 75-inch screen with Quantum Dot Technology. The display offers 97% screen-to-body ratio and has a 120Hz refresh rate panel with Reality Flow 120 (MEMC). It comes with support for codecs such as Dolby Vision and HDR codecs like Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10 and Hybrid Log-Gamma (HLG).

The new TV offers a 30watt six-speaker system. It offers support for Dolby Audio and DTS-HD for an enhanced experience. The TV features a body built using aluminium alloy. The back of the TV is covered with a film of Carbon fibre. It ships with a ‘floating stand’.

This is topped with Mi’s proprietary Vivid Picture Engine especially tuned to cater to Indian audiences delivering better detail and texture. The device runs on Android TV 10 and is equipped with the latest version of PatchWall.

The interface brings access to more than 25+ content partners, and offers features such as Universal search, User Centre, Kids Mode, Smart Recommendations and Live TV. The TV can also be used to control home AIOT devices using built-in mics.

Mi QLED TV 75 comes with Google Assistant and Chromecast built-in. It comes with next-gen HDMI 2.1 compatible ports and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM). It also supports e-ARC.


The TV is powered by 64bit quad-core A55 processor coupled with Mali G52 MP2 graphics and 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. Mi QLED TV 75 also comes with the ‘Works with Alexa’ function which enables users to talk to Mi TV with the help of Echo devices at home. The feature will be made available via an OTA update in future.
