June Bank Holidays 2025: If you have any bank related work, then finish it quickly because banks are going to be closed for many days between June 14 and 29. These holidays include Saturday (second and fourth) and Sunday. Bank closure may affect many banking related works including checkbook passbook, although online services will continue.

Bank holidays in India include national holidays (gazetted holidays) and government holidays (both state and central). State government bank holidays are different in different states, while central government bank holidays are the same throughout the country. Banks are closed on the second and fourth Saturdays of every month. Regional holidays are related to a particular state or region. 26 June: Jammu and Kashmir Foundation Day Jammu and Srinagar
27 June (Friday): Banks will remain closed on account of Rath Yatra/Kang (Rath Yatra) in Odisha and Manipur.
28 June: Fourth Saturday nationwide
29 June: Sunday Weekly Holiday
30 June: Remna ni Aizawl (Mizoram)

During bank holidays, customers can use online services, because bank holidays have no effect on digital services like UPI, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking.
