Haryana: Government gave gifts to sisters on Rakshabandhan, women and children will not have to pay rent for two days in roadways bus

Raksha Bandhan, the festival of brother-sister affection will be celebrated on 22nd August. On this day all the sisters will tie rakshasoot on the wrists of their beloved brothers. Meanwhile, the Haryana government has given a unique gift to all the sisters on this Raksha Bandhan. This is a gift of free city bus service on the day of Rakshabandhan. Where women will be able to travel for free for the next two days along with their children up to 15 years in Haryana Roadways buses from 12 noon on Saturday. In fact, the Haryana government has allowed women and their children up to 15 years of age to travel free of cost in roadways buses anywhere in the state’s borders till 12 midnight on Sunday. At the same time, in view of Rakhi, for two days, the Roadways Department has decided to increase 5-5 buses on Agra route and Sarai Kale Khan route and two buses on Mathura route. To celebrate the festival of Rakshabandhan, sisters who live in far-flung areas have started reaching their brothers’ homes. On Friday too, there was a huge crowd of passengers at the bus stand. Roadways officials gave instructions for smooth running of buses

On the occasion of Rakshabandhan, the state government has given them free travel in roadways buses in Haryana border so that women do not face any problem in coming and going. More and more buses will be operated on Rakshabandhan

Meanwhile, the official of Gurugram depot said that more and more buses are being operated so that other passengers, including women, do not face any kind of problem on Raksha Bandhan. He said that earlier 5 buses were running on Agra route, now 5 more buses will be run on this route on Saturday and Sunday. Therefore, 10 buses will run on the Agra route for the next two days. Similarly, 5 buses will be run for Sarai Kale Khan. He told that till now 14 buses going to Chandigarh are going via Sarai Kale Khan.
