New Delhi. International Flights Banned Till February 28. The ban on international aircraft due to the Corona crisis has been directed to continue until February 28 next. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has continued the ban on international flights till 28 February. This information has been given by the DGCA on Thursday, in which it has been ordered to continue the ban on international aircraft due to the threat of new strain of Corona. On Thursday, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation announced that it could allow regular international flights, given the situation on select routes. Which is not currently being considered.




Coronavirus: DGCA extended ban on Internation Flights till 28 February

While the ban on regular air services has been continued till February 28, there will be limited flights to foreign countries through the Vande Bharat mission. In view of the new strain of Karona, the Aviation Ministry has set guidelines for citizens coming from abroad, which are mandatory to follow. Let us tell you that after the Corona crisis, international flights have been banned since March 23 last year. The Vande Bharat Mission was launched in May 2020 to bring Indians stranded abroad.

The DGCA has said that extending the ban period on international aircraft will not affect the operation of international cargo planes and special permitted flights. While the ban on international flights has been increased for the 28 February level, the number of domestic aircraft is being increased gradually.
