The train will be available directly to the Metro commuters between Shiv Vihar and Majlis Park. This journey was stalled due to incomplete section of Trilokpuri Sanjay Lake and Mayur Vihar Pocket-1 of Pink Line.

But now the section is fully connected and will be opened for passengers from 3 pm on Friday. Metro commuters had been waiting for the completion of this incomplete section for a long time. Union Urban Development Minister Hardeep Singh Puri and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will launch this section in the morning through video conferencing.

With the addition of this section, passengers will travel conveniently between North-East Delhi, East Delhi to South Delhi, West Delhi and outside Delhi. The Pink Line of Delhi Metro is the largest corridor of Delhi Metro. In which 39.48 km is elevated and 19.11 km is underground. On which there are total 38 metro stations.
