During the ensuing foggy season, rail services in areas with high fog levels are being cancelled/partially canceled from December 1 to February 28, 2022. According to the North Western Railway officials, due to fog, the operation of trains will not be fully operational. According to Captain Shashi Kiran, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Western Railway, in order to avoid inconvenience to the passengers, the Railways has canceled a total of 18 trains / partially canceled 02 trains.

Train number 04712, Sri Ganganagar-Haridwar daily special train service will operate from 1st December to 28th February till Saharanpur station i.e. this train service will be partially canceled between Saharanpur-Haridwar. Along with this, train number 04711, Haridwar-Sriganganagar special train service will operate from Saharanpur from December 1 to February 28, i.e. this train service will be partially canceled between Haridwar-Saharanpur.
