OnePlus stated that, it will use the custom Sony IMX789 sensor in the 9 series. This will be for the primary camera. The company said that, it will be the most advanced main camera sensor in any OnePlus device so far. The new sensors will be 64 times better, with the help of which you will be able to capture every color and every photo better.
