    LPG rates may alter

    In India, the price of LPG is updated on a monthly basis by state-run oil firms and cooking gas prices are likely to change in December. Sources have also said that LPG prices will fall in December. It is to be remembered that during the COVID-19 pandemic, the government took several measures to ensure that domestic LPG prices remained stable.

    Change in premium amount for insurance holders

    The holder of the insurance will be given the option to lessen the premium amount by 50 percent, which ensures that the holder of the insurance will be able to retain the policy for just half the premium.

    New trains will start operation from today

    From December 1, new trains such as the Jhelum Express and Punjab Mail will begin operating.     Change in RTGS timings

    The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) said in October 2020 that the Real Time Gross Settlement System (RTGS) will be granted access on all working days of the week, barring the second and fourth Saturdays of each month, round-the-clock from December 2020 instead of 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Customers can get round-the-clock access to the RTGS system by announcing the bi-monthly RBI Monetary Policy announcement.
