The bank has introduced this facility for the convenience of its customers and all customers can easily get basic banking services. IDBI Bank Limited has started this facility across the country. Customers can also use this facility by staying in another city.
What services will be availed on WhatsApp banking – All the customers of IDBI Bank can take advantage of WhatsApp banking. For this, the customer has to save the WhatsApp number in his phone and make sure that the WhatsApp number given by him is correct.

In the WhatsApp banking service, customers will be provided with the necessary banking services such as account balance information, last five transactions, request for check book, statement via email, interest rates as well as information of the nearest IDBI Bank branch and ATM.
