Indian Railways, IRCTC, Festive Special Trains: Keeping in mind the festive season, Railways is operating 23 pairs of special trains on the occasion of Diwali and Chhath. These 46 trains are running between Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Punjab and New Delhi. Due to the Corona crisis, these trains are being run keeping in mind the need for social distancing and passengers.
