Only 3.99% interest for one year on home loan, this company introduced scheme

Traditionally, the sale of houses is more during the festive season. This is the reason that real estate developers launch various schemes in the meantime to entice customers.




New Delhi: Tata Housing has announced a scheme. Under this, home buyers will have to pay 3.99 percent interest rate on home loan for one year. The company will bear the remaining cost itself to attract potential customers. The scheme is valid for 10 projects till 20 November.

The company has said that under this scheme, customers will have to pay only 3.99 percent flat interest rate for one year. The remaining cost will be borne by Tata Housing.

According to the company, customers will get gift vouchers ranging from Rs 25,000 to Rs eight lakh depending on the property after booking. The voucher will be issued after paying 10 per cent and registration of the property.

Sanjay Dutt, MD and CEO of Tata Realty and Infrastructure, said that the real estate sector was the worst hit during the last few months due to the Corona epidemic. But now some signs of improvement are showing.



he said that the government and RBI have taken many steps to give relief to the real estate sector. Now it is the turn of the private sector to help the home buyers.
