Jio Phone 3 can be launched by telecom company Reliance Jio on July 15. The company’s 43rd Annual General Meeting will be online on July 15. Earlier, Jio Phone and Jio Phone 2 were also launched by Reliance Jio during the Annual General Meeting. The price of the new Jio device can be less than Rs 3,000.
The 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) by New Delhi Reliance Industries is going to be held on July 15 and on this occasion the company can launch the next Jio Phone. It is being speculated that the company can bring its third generation Jio Phone and it can be named Jio Phone 3. The last two models Jio Phone and Jio Phone 2 were also launched during the general meeting itself.
The first Jio Phone by Mukesh Ambani was announced in the 40th Reliance Annual General Meeting on 21 July 2017. The company had launched the first Jio phone at an effective price of Rs 0, though buyers had to deposit Rs 1,500 for it. Jio Phone 2 Company brought in the 41st Annual General Meeting on 31 July 2018. It was priced at Rs 2,999.
After the previous devices, this year, Jio is expected to launch a third generation Jio phone. However, the rest of the details and specifications related to this smartphone have not been revealed officially. Like the rest of the events this year, the annual general meeting of the company will also be virtual and the company is going to hold an online only meeting for the first time.
Jio Phone 3 can be an upgrade of both the previous devices. This smartphone can get a 5 megapixel main camera and a 2,800mAh battery. This Jio phone 3 with a 5-inch display can get 64 GB internal storage with 2 GB of RAM. If the leaks are revealed, then MediaTek processor can be found in it.
